Voice lessons (Any age): Work one on one with Koda Maxon who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance and a Masters degree in Composition to improve your vocal skills! Focusing on developing technique, exploring new and contemporary repertoire, having fun finding your unique sound, and so much more! Each set of lessons comes with two complimentary masterclasses each term where students will have the opportunity to perform in front of their peers, and for a guest artist who will give them critiques in a friendly and supportive setting. Students will also have the opportunity to perform in an end of semester recital each term, to showcase what they have been working on in lessons. 

Composition Lessons (Any age): Work one on one with Koda Maxon who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance and a Masters degree in Composition to improve your musical writing skills! Focusing on developing compositional techniques, exploring new and contemporary sounds, having fun finding your unique aesthetic, and learning about music notation softwares. Each set of lessons comes with two complimentary masterclasses each term where students will have the opportunity to perform in front of their peers, and for a guest artist who will give them critiques in a friendly and supportive setting. Students will also have the opportunity to perform in an end of semester recital each term, to showcase what they have been working on in lessons. 

Music for Kids (Ages 4-6):  Work one on one with Koda Maxon who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance and a Masters degree in Composition to explore the beginning of your music journey. Is your child a lover of music but you’re not sure what instrument? Maybe you got your child a guitar for Christmas and now it’s sitting in the corner of their room? Well no longer! This class is like a music sample pack full of wonderful harmonious fun for your child to choose from. Each student will get basic education in rhythm, notes, singing, piano, and any other instruments of their choosing (ukulele, Bass, electronics, percussion, guitar etc.) Join in on the fun, family or friends are welcome to observe music for kids classes!

Rates:

The rate for lessons through the conservatory is $50.00 per hour, beginning in September 2025. All lessons will take place in my new studio, located at First Presbyterian Church.
